C2E2 Blows into Chicago!

The Chicago River is still green from St. Patrick’s Day and we’re finally starting to see some warmer weather. This can only mean one thing. The Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo is this weekend!

The Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo, also known as “C2E2,”  is coming to Chicago, March 18th through 20th at McCormick Place. Tickets are reasonably priced at $30 per person or $60 for the weekend.

According to their siteC2E2 is a convention that spans the latest and greatest in comics, movies, television, toys, anime, manga and video games. Hundreds of exhibitors will line the show floor, panels will cover a wide variety of topics and there are even autograph sessions so fans can interact with their favorite stars. There’s even a screening room featuring sneak peeks at films and television shows months before they air!

C2E2 is brought to you by the same folks who run PAX, so you know that you’re guaranteed a top notch convention experience. This year’s standout guests include Dollhouse and Buffy the Vampire Slayer’s Eliza Dushku, comedian Patton Oswalt, Thor’s Chris Hemsworth, as well as the casts of The Middleman, Chuck, The Walking Dead, and The Vampire Diaries. There will also be tons of guests from the worlds of comics, anime, webcomics, and literature. C2E2 also boasts an Artist Alley with over 250 artists participating this year.
